Note: Sessions will be assigned randomly. The poster presentation schedule will be shared before the meeting. Please contact Sara at sara@stridingedge.org if you have restraints and need to present on a certain day. 

Each poster presenter will have easel space 4' x 4'  (122cm x 122cm)

Please bring your printed poster to the meeting. 

Hanging pins provided.

Suggested Poster Dimensions: 30'' X 40'' wide or 30'' X 40'' tall. 

Please upload a pdf or png file of your poster by Friday, September 18th

Please bring your printed poster to the meeting for your presentation during your assigned poster session. 

If you would like to print your poster locally for pick up near the hotel here are two options:

Minuteman Press 1 mile
