Aspiring PIs: Hotel Reservations
The NSF FRR Robotics Annual Meeting has limited support for registerees who indicated that they are Aspiring PIs. Support will be up to two nights stay at the meeting hotel, The Omni William Penn. API hotel reservations will be made directly by the meeting coordinator, Sara Bradley sara@stridingedge.org.
API information with support confirmation will be sent by the end of July.

Attention IROS Conference Attendees
The IROS conference hotel reservation blocks cover the dates of 2026 NSF FRR Annual Meeting as well, Sept 24 - Sept 26. We encourage any IROS attendees to bypass the NSF/FRR reservation links below and simply include our meeting dates, Sept 24 - Sept 26 to their IROS reservation. This option may cost a bit more per night in the case of the Omni & Westin but will seamlessly link to the IROS reservation. It will also save our very limited Omni reservations for those in town for the NSF/FRR meeting only.
